At Nawaabi Lifestyle, we want you to love what you order. However, due to hygiene reasons, perfumes and personal care products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once opened.

Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nawaabistore@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9172871015 with a photo/video of the product. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund once verified.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
